Your Tasks – What you can expect as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed Iberia :
- Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth in the Iberian region, with a clear focus on expanding our market position in Sheetfed applications.
- Lead, support, and develop a regional team of sales and technical experts across multiple locations.
- Manage key customer accounts, including contract negotiations, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency.
- Define, implement, and monitor the annual sales budget in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze trends in the UV and conventional Sheetfed packaging market to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and collaborate across our European network to align local activities with global sales strategies.

Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, with a strong focus on Sheetfed printing applications - gained through more than 5 years in senior roles within the printing industry.Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, paired with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset and solid financial acumen.Proven ability to operate effectively in an international environment with a direct and transparent communication style across all business levels.A proactive “hunter” mentality with a strong focus on implementation and performance delivery.Independent and structured way of working, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with common CRM / Sales-Tools as well as SAP combined with fluent Spanish and English language skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
