Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to take the next step in your HR career? At CACESA, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our People & Culture team as a Recruitment & HR Administration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes : job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and support efficient hiring processes.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
- Support general HR administration tasks, including document management, reporting, and coordination with external providers, health & safety, payroll, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Master ́s degree in Human Resources Management.Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in both, written and spoken).Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software is a plus.Core Competencies
