Construction Manager

Leap29 is excited to present a new opportunity with a leading global renewable energy investor, known for owning and operating a diverse portfolio of around 12 GW across multiple technologies and geographies (Southern Europe, LATAM, USA and Australia), with a long-term, sustainable investment approach.

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join their team in Madrid on a permanent basis. In this role, you will support global development, pre-construction and construction, setting best practices, advising senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery from early development through to operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate construction risks and ensure readiness at development and acquisition stages.
• Provide expert guidance to regional teams throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
• Ensure safety, governance, and quality standards are met across all projects.
• Support the negotiation and execution of EPC and related contracts.
• Lead and promote lessons learned, continuous improvement, and smooth handovers to operations.
