The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across the company's retail network. This includes ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will also be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and on-time delivery.

The Construction Manager will need to maintain compliance with local regulations, building permits, and health & safety standards. A strong knowledge of construction processes, permits, and compliance standards is essential for this role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office is also required.
