As a

Construction Manager

, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across our retail network. You will ensure that every project is delivered

on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

, reflecting our brand identity and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Lead the

planning, execution, and delivery

of store openings, refurbishments, and logistics facilities. Oversee contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure projects meet

design, quality, and safety standards

• . Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and on-time delivery. Ensure compliance with

local regulations, building permits, and health & safety standards

internal teams

(Expansion, Operations, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising) to ensure stores reflect brand standards. Manage project documentation, reports, and handover processes.

Degree in

Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

in construction project management, preferably in retail, commercial real estate, or logistics. Strong knowledge of

construction processes, permits, and compliance standards

AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office

fast-track retail projects

and high-quality commercial fit-outs is highly valued. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
