We’re looking for a passionate, data-driven PPC Manager to join our young, ambitious, and dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love making an impact, are experienced in Latam markets and have iGaming exposure, plus you want to be part of a game-changing journey, this is your chance to shine.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving our paid search strategy, ensuring we continue to crush our performance targets and deliver incredible ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own the PPC Strategy : Take full control of the PPC budget and P&L, driving revenue, improving profit margins, and ensuring we hit financial goals.
• Maximise ROI : Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive positive ROI and strong marketing efficiencies.
• Set the Bar High : Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent campaign optimisation and success.
• Track & Analyse : Monitor and report on campaign performance against key business metrics like CPA, CPC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, ROAS — and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Test & Learn : Lead A / B testing of ad copy and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
