Descripción del trabajoGrowth or marketing leadership at a SaaS company, ideally with product-led growth at scale. Proven track record driving demand gen + PLG pipelines from mid-market to enterprise. Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid media, content, partnerships, and growth analytics. A love for data-driven experiments and fast iteration. Curiosity and interest in AI + automation tools shaping the next wave of GTM strategies. Autonomy + Impact : You own the growth engine, full stop. Hypergrowth Stage : We’re scaling fast — and so will your career. Global Reach : Tens of thousands of businesses already use us daily. Culture of Builders : Fast-moving, remote-friendly, experimentation-heavy. Location : Remote, but you must be based in UK, Europe, or East Coast Canada for time zone alignment.
What You’ll Do
- Design the Growth Playbook : Build and execute the full-funnel growth roadmap — acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
- Own Demand Generation : Scale paid channels (search, social, display), SEO, content, and partnerships to drive traffic + conversions.
- Go Big on PLG : Partner with Product to craft self-serve onboarding flows, viral referral loops, and in-app upsell journeys.
- Get Analytical : Track CAC, LTV, MRR, funnels; run A / B tests; experiment relentlessly to find the levers that matter.
- Build & Lead the Team : Hire and mentor growth marketers, paid media experts, content pros, and partnership managers as we scale.
