We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the position of Assistant Project Manager.
This role is part of our Business Development division and focuses on improving lives through continued innovation.
As a member of our development team, you will assist with P3 bidding processes from a developer / equity investor perspective across various geographical areas.
Duties and responsibilities include :
Coordination and management of P3 bidding processes from start to finish
Negotiation of relevant equity teaming and project bidding agreements
Support for engagement of developer and lender advisors
Preparation of Request for Qualification (RFQ) submissions
Development and implementation of project-specific bid management plans
You will work closely with our team members to develop overall schedules, track project milestones, and deliverables. Additionally, you will coordinate with lead project management team members to develop bid deliverables from a finance, design, construction, operations, and rehabilitation standpoint.
Your skills and expertise should include :
Strong background in civil engineering or a related field
Mastery of Spanish and English languages
Quick learning capabilities, flexibility, and adaptability
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
