Senior Project Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a Planning Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the project schedule, including all levels and phases, using Primavera P6 Software.
• Determine and fix major project milestones according to contract requirements, ensuring consistency with contractual obligations.
• Evaluate and review activity durations across all disciplines, incorporating them into the schedule, and verify consistency with project milestones. Update actual dates monthly and reschedule as needed.
• Establish relationships among activities and ensure their consistency during schedule updates.
• Generate scheduled progress curves based on the project schedule and perform weekly calculations of actual progress to the maximum detail level, according to the project WBS.
• Load and level resources in the schedule, creating manpower histograms, and track manpower, including actual data and forecasts.
• Provide necessary information for procurement processes, including required delivery dates for equipment and materials, to evaluate bids.
• Develop representative quantities curves for engineering issues and field installations.
• Prepare project weekly and monthly progress reports by due dates for submission to the Client and internal reports on project status according to corporate requirements.
• Obtain necessary information from all disciplines to prepare reports, update the schedule, and calculate progress. Inform all disciplines about the schedule and ensure their understanding.
• Update databases for engineering, procurement, and construction control, including planning information, and obtain necessary data using in-house software.
