Project Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Documentation Specialist to manage, track, and maintain project documentation for large-scale museum and cultural projects.

Responsibilities

• Document Management : Maintain a structured digital filing system, upload, track, and manage documents in Procore, ensure version control, and distribute updated documents.
• Coordination & Support : Liaise with vendors, support project managers, and provide training on Procore usage.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance : Monitor deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and prepare audit trails.

Qualifications

This role requires 5 years of experience, proficiency in English and Spanish, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and BIM platforms (Revit and Navisworks). The successful candidate will be based in Spain with occasional travel to the United States during the installation phase.
