About The Role
Main purpose of the role is to assist primarily Sales (new sales) and CSM (up / cross-sales) with understanding and defining the required scope to meet Customers’ needs. The role also focuses on managing the opportunity together with the BDM in a way that utilises the rest of the organisation’s resources as scarcely as possible. As a trusted advisor to the BDM, we are responsible, together with the BDM, of ensuring that the prospect fits Enfuce CaaS model, target segment and size, validating any R&D needs, as well as our risk and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deep ecosystem knowledge - We do this through aligning with important stakeholders, such as Partner relations and Product & Tech to always be on top of new features, products and Enfuce’s roadmap. We also keep ourselves educated about the industry, trends and competitor actions to maintain our expertise that is key to the role. There is constant change not only within EFS and ELS (Enfuce regulated entities) and we constantly want to improve our way-of-working (ultimately our messaging as well as Card Program documentation).
