Web3 Media Sales Manager (B2B)

Descripción del trabajoIdentify and attract high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies that could benefit from advertising on the Company’s news media platform. Generate leads for the Company by researching potential Web3 clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the Web3 clients of the Company. Provide regular reports on the lead status and sales progress, ensuring transparency and accountability. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using the Company’s CRM system, HubSpot. Conduct regular research on market product offerings, industry trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively position the Company’s offerings in the market, and monitor competitor activities in the web3, blockchain, and crypto spaces. Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space. Minimum 3 to 5 years working in B2B Sales. Strong network and relationships in the web3 space. English as a native language. Experience working with average deal sizes over $15,000 or more in B2B Sales in the Marketing Space (preferred deal size of $30,000 or more). An average SQL close rate greater than 35%.
