Overview

Say Hey is a sustainable fashion brand founded in Ukraine and now based in Spain. We design multifunctional, reversible garments made from natural, plastic-free fabrics. Each collection is crafted in small batches in our own atelier, combining functionality, uniqueness, and timeless design. Our mission is to inspire bold self-expression while championing sustainability and cultural roots.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance B2B Sales Manager to lead the expansion of Say Hey into new markets. This role focuses on building relationships with fashion retailers, boutiques, and distributors, with a strong emphasis on the European markets. You will be the bridge between our brand and retail partners, ensuring that our collections are represented in the right stores and with the right positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential retail partners (boutiques, concept stores, department stores, distributors).
  • Present collections and prepare tailored sales materials for clients.
  • Negotiate wholesale conditions, margins, and exclusivity agreements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and client needs.
  • Coordinate with the brand founder and creative team to ensure alignment of sales strategy with brand values.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with retail partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B fashion sales.
  • Strong network of contacts within the fashion retail industry (a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for sustainable fashion and understanding of the premium / mid-to-high-end market.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish / French / German is a strong plus).
