Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success team and help us deliver a high-quality, personal post-sales experience; lay a solid foundation to ensure the success of our Enterprise accounts, maximize their satisfaction and retain them.
Responsibilities
Lead the relationship with our SME customers as soon as they decide to join Pluxee and Cobee by Pluxee, becoming the go-to-person for them.
Deliver consistent value on each interaction and develop long‑term relationships through proactive communication, identifying needs and building engagement.
Proactively seek ways to enhance customer health score and identify opportunities within Customer Success and beyond (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Experience).
Consistently provide feedback to Product on client needs.
Improve processes within Customer Success and across related areas (Sales, Product, Customer Experience).
Identify Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) and collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
