Role Purpose
The Growth Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the Innovation team, supporting the commercial launch and market adoption of new value propositions, many of which leverage Artificial Intelligence. This role bridges strategic marketing and execution, ensuring successful go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions—whether through our traditional client prescription model, direct-to-consumer channels, or targeted segments.
You will work closely with the Director of Innovation and cross-functional teams to design and implement growth strategies that accelerate business expansion and position of the company as a leader in educational innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy : Design and execute launch plans for new products and services, adapting strategies for B2B and B2C segments.
Market Segmentation & Positioning : Identify target audiences, define value propositions, and tailor messaging for different channels and customer segments.
Growth Campaigns : Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events) to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Data-Driven Optimization : Use analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize ROI.
Collaboration : Work closely with Innovation, Sales, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Trend Monitoring : Stay ahead of market trends, especially in AI-driven education solutions, and propose innovative approaches to growth marketing.
Requirements
Education : Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; specialization in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing is a plus.
Experience : 3–5 years in growth marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing; experience in education, technology, or SaaS is highly valued.
Technical Skills :
Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO / SEM).
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English.
