The Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to drive qualified leads for our web and mobile design & development services. This is a middle-level role with high autonomy, ownership of the full performance cycle, and long-term collaboration potential.
What You'll Do
End-to-end ownership of paid acquisition, including :
- Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy aligned with our ICP and UVP
Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns from scratch
→ full cycle : hypothesis development → launch → monitoring → optimisation
Write strong, conversion-driven ad copyCoordinate with the designer : prepare clear technical briefs for creativesSet up tracking (UTMs, conversions), collect performance metrics, and deliver weekly reports with actionable recommendationsMaintain and prioritise a hypothesis & A / B testing backlogWhat You Bring
