Descripción del trabajoCompetitive Pay 20,400 base salary + performance bonus after 7 months. Career Development opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry. International Environment daily use of Norwegian & English. Work-Life Balance Monday to Friday schedule, no weekend shifts. Base Salary : 20,400 gross / year Bonus : Available after 7 months (performance-based) OTE (On Target Earnings) : Confirmed upon reaching bonus eligibility Location : Malaga, Spain (on-site) Hours : 39h / week, MondayFriday, 09 : 00-18 : 00 Full paid training provided Continuous support during onboarding and beyond. Languages : Fluent Norwegian (C2) + English (B2) Eligibility : Spanish Residence Card or EU ID. Former employees of Concentrix, Webhelp, or Sellbytel are not accepted . Relocation bonus : 500 (one-time, upon start). Local assistance : Relocation brochure with guidance on moving to Malaga.
