Preply recently launched a Business solution that is growing exponentially and that should represent a substantial part of our business in the coming years. We offer companies a flexible and effective way to upskill and give more confidence to their employees with languages.
Individuals who are eager to learn, embrace challenges, and are passionate about succeeding will thrive at Preply. Our Sales Development Representatives act as the initial point of contact and are responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team.

Responsibilities
- Reaching out to potential prospects using all channels (LinkedIn, calls, emails, video, offline activities)
- Qualifying prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria
- Growing top of funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
- Researching companies and adding prospects to our outbound list
- Becoming a product expert across our platform and understanding our competitor landscape
- Maintaining accurate client relationship data within CRM
- Developing a detailed knowledge of the Preply B2B offerings
- Identifying pain points and understanding the needs of potential clients based on ICP criteria
- Driving outbound sales efforts, focusing on high-volume, high-quality prospecting to generate pipeline
- Reaching out to prospects through various channels to schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Working closely with the Account Executive in strategically outbounding to big accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline generation
- Qualifying new leads using our sales qualification framework and BANT methodology
- Being proactive in follow-ups, objection handling, and pipeline nurturing to maximize conversion rates
- Contributing insights as a valued team member in line with our collaborative culture
Qualifications
Fluent English & LatvianExperience in outbound sales is preferred, including cold calling, with comfort engaging decision-makers unfamiliar with PreplyStrong organizational skillsAbility to stay motivated and focused while managing a high volume of outreachStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management at prospective accountsComfortable in a performance-driven role where success is measured by outbound activity, pipeline generated, and meetings bookedEmpathy, curiosity, attention to detail, a results-driven mindset, and friendlinessGood self-organization and time management skillsMotivation to develop outbound sales skills and grow your careerWhy you’ll love it at Preply
