About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your mission is to generate outbound qualified opportunities for the Sales team by contacting prospects, listening to their needs, and influencing them with solution-based selling. You’ll use probing questions to understand challenges and tailor your communication to our solutions, guiding prospects toward a live demo and fueling the sales pipeline.

Your mission

  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of Amenitiz through cold calling in your assigned territory.
  • Leverage our pitch to persuade potential customers and generate interest in a live demo of our solution.
  • Quickly build trust and engagement with prospects by actively listening to their individual cases.
  • Manage leads efficiently and effectively, guaranteeing a consistent volume of revenue opportunities month after month.
  • Guarantee the highest quality of information about prospective clients in our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and strong forecasting capabilities.
  • Work tightly with the sales team to build and deliver an efficient and performing acquisition strategy for your assigned area.
  • Work at a fast pace and on large volumes of prospects.
  • Contribute to company-wide objectives and the development of a fast-growing startup.

About you

  • 1+ year of experience in a dynamic sales environment (if you don’t have experience, we look for adaptability, strong organization, and high energy).
  • Italian native speaker with excellent verbal and written English.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment and to exceed goals with your team.
  • Healthy competitive nature and a collaborative mindset.
  • Tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and aware of current technology trends.
  • Experience in business development for online travel, hospitech, and / or SaaS is a big plus.
