Overview Construction Site Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction management, including installation activities and quality control procedures.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.

Qualifications At least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in Ethane Cracker projects and EPC LSTK projects.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

Excellent English language skills, with Spanish being an advantage.

Ability to travel and work in diverse international environments.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
