AliveDx is recruiting a GTS Field Application Specialist to join the Technical Services team based in Spain. The role is full‑time and permanent, with occasional on‑call duties up to one weekend per month.
YOUR MISSION
The AliveDx GTS Field Application Specialist is highly skilled on AliveDx systems and ensures 1st Level support to customers. The Field Application Specialist conducts AliveDx system on‑site commissioning, operational qualification, and customer training. The goal is to achieve and maintain highest customer satisfaction.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve 1st Level customer questions and problems involving AliveDx solutions.
- Help cross‑functional team investigate difficult questions or complaints from 2nd / 3rd Level support.
- Work at customer sites to investigate blood samples (retesting) and document rationale.
- Assist internal teams to investigate reagents / microarray lots returned by customers and document rationale.
- Answer complaints to customers in a timely manner using the CRM software.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, determine causes, and identify potential corrective actions; work with RA to document safety communications and incident reports.
- Participate in risk‑analysis procedures based on complaint investigations.
- Compile training materials for customers and technical applications.
- Conduct on‑site customer training on instrumentation, software, or reagent products.
- Provide basic and advanced training on AliveDx systems both onsite and in classroom.
- Assist the Technical Support Organization in developing strategy and customer satisfaction programs.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent.Strong knowledge in autoimmunity and immunofluorescence assays.Minimum 5 years’ experience as a laboratory technician in autoimmunity and allergy testing or similar.Deep knowledge of the autoimmunity or allergy diagnostics industry / market.Experience with or certification in regulatory environments such as CLIA, HIPAA, Safe‑Harbor, GMP.Effective customer consultative skills, with exceptional engagement, positive attitude, and maintenance of ongoing relationships.Exceptional analytical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.Customer‑focused, sense of urgency, and adaptability to change.Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.Dynamic, self‑motivated, driven, independent, and proactive.Fluent in English and Spanish.Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, nationally and internationally.WHAT WE OFFER
