Field Application Specialist

Overview

Barrington James Board & Executive Partners are working with an innovative medical technology company dedicated to improving clinical outcomes for patients with rare oncological diseases. With upcoming clinical trials in new indications, we are searching for a Field Application Specialist to train and support clinical sites across Europe, working closely with physicians and nursing teams to ensure safe and effective use of their novel oncology therapy. Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and procedural training to physicians, nurses, and technical staff at clinical and research sites across Europe.
• Provide hands-on support during procedures to ensure correct and safe device use.
• Collaborate with medical and clinical affairs teams to gather feedback from sites and investigators.
• Assist in onboarding and certification of new users and clinical trial sites.
• Represent the company at investigator meetings, training sessions, and relevant congresses.
• Maintain expert knowledge of oncology procedures, complementary therapies, and competitive technologies.
