They are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join their Finance team. Reporting to the CFO, this person will be an expert in reporting and help build a small team to improve FP&A processes across the business. The role can be done remotely with quarterly travel, with a preference for candidates based in Gibraltar, Spain, Georgia, Dubai, or Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities :

Leading the financial FP&A functions within the company

Building & maintaining reports, forecasts, and creating an internal team

Actual vs. budget analysis

Creating economic models and analyzing existing information

Preparation of presentations for the Management Team

Weekly and monthly analysis of customer activity and ad hoc reporting

Requirements :

5-10 years of financial work experience

Experience in online gaming

At least 2-3 years of experience managing a Finance / FP&A team

Excellent knowledge of reporting software and implementation

High proficiency with Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational skills and experience balancing multiple projects

Multitasking ability

Strong analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to meet in a (virtual) office regularly
