Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations of the
company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes. This role plays
a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by providing timely financial insights,
managing the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensuring strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuousimprovement.
- Oversee financial accounting, monthly closings, and preparation of financial statements inaccordance with PGC.
- Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning models.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas forimprovement.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Implement and monitor effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
- Partner with senior management and operational teams to drive performance andprofitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field(Master’s / MBA desirable).Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally with exposure tointernational environments.Solid knowledge of IFRS / GAAP and local financial regulations.Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.Advanced skills in MS Excel; proficiency with ERP systems (SAGE, Lucanet, Oracle, or similar)preferred.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
