Overview Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned engineering manager to lead our team in Barcelona, working closely with the Amsterdam office at a strategic level.

This is a pivotal position that requires an experienced leader to drive software engineering best practices, lead agile teams, and grow, retain, and promote high-performing teams.

Responsibilities Drive technical excellence and innovation.

Lead two agile teams in BCN (6-12 people).

Expand and develop talent within the organization.

Collaborate on product direction and strategy.

Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software product engineering.

3+ years as a software engineering leader / manager.

Excellent knowledge of modern web application development.

Experience working in Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
