About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated German-speaking professional who wants to grow in full-cycle recruitment and build a successful career in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Previous recruitment experience—especially in 360° IT recruitment —is a plus. However, we are mainly looking for two types of profiles :

• Professionals with a commercial or sales background who want to transition into a more dynamic recruitment role.
• Talent Acquisition specialists who are eager to move into a more sales-oriented, client-facing position.
