Lead Product Manager

This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Profile

You are a perfect addition to the team if you bring :

• A strategic, results-oriented mindset with a drive for innovation and ownership of ambitious goals
• Experience with SEO to some extent : understanding its strategy, user behavior, and having contact with SEO processes
• Proven experience converting organic traffic (from SEO) into users / buyers and understanding their behavior
• Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A / B testing, and crafting high-impact call-to-action strategies
• Proficiency in leveraging web analytics tools to uncover insights and inform data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and building a collaborative, inspiring work environment
• Exceptional communication abilities to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and foster cross-functional collaboration
• A passion for creating meaningful online experiences that align with YAZIO’s purpose and values
