Innovative Product Lead

Descripción del trabajo5+ years experience in building products as a Product Owner or Manager role. Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into working product deliverables to accomplish domain OKRs that contribute to overall company goals. Experience building API-based products, working with larger datasets, and interpreting data to inform product decisions. A creative problem-solver with a holistic mindset, able to connect the dots and detail-oriented in describing them. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to define and specify product requirements. Preferably experience working in an AML solutions provider, SaaS environment, or in Banking / Fin Tech / Reg Tech.
We're seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our AML Screening & Monitoring product suite. Your mission will be to build and scale innovative solutions that deliver continuous value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of 'your' product and collaborating with partners, engineers, and stakeholders to identify problems that can be solved beyond expectations.
- Working closely with engineers on a clear roadmap, stories, and feature development to launch fast and iterate on AML and Database screening solutions and services.
- Ensuring product market fit for new markets / verticals by taking a data-driven approach when it comes to defining what and what not to ship.
