We are looking for a proactive and strategic sales professional with solid B2B experience and a deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare market. You are confident working independently, skilled in building long-term partnerships, and motivated by delivering results.

About the job

As Key Account Manager for Spain, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Orifarm’s presence in the Spanish healthcare landscape. Your focus will be on managing and expanding key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable growth across the region.

Your key responsibilities and primary tasks includes :

  • Managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the Spanish healthcare sector.
  • Identifying and pursuing new B2B opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform account strategies.
  • Representing Orifarm at industry events, client meetings, and conferences.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, regulatory) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Country Manager and be part of the Sales Department, working closely with colleagues across departments and countries.

Who are you?

You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in B2B account management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in retail or hospital. You understand the Spanish market and its cultural dynamics, enabling you to build trust and long-term partnerships.

You are fluent in Spanish possess excellent negotiation and communication skills and thrive in a results-driven environment. You are self-motivated, independent, and comfortable managing your own schedule. Willingness to travel across Spain is essential. Furthermore, it’s an advantage to understand English, however, you don’t have to be fluent in speaking it.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, and experience in international or matrix organizations. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
