Executive Legal Assistant

We are a leading multinational company in the infrastructure sector, based in Madrid, currently seeking an Executive Legal Assistant to provide direct support to one of our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing legal documentation and digital files, excellent English skills, and strong organizational abilities.

Main responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain digital legal files and documentation.
• Handle legal correspondence and communications in English, supporting coordination with other departments and international teams.
• Use AI tools to efficiently organize, analyze, and retrieve information.
• Manage the executive’s agenda, coordinate travel and meetings, and track expenses.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
