Overview
Executive Assistant – Global Private Equity Firm, Valencia, Spain. We are partnering exclusively with a long-standing client to open a new office in Valencia and build out their business support team. They are seeking experienced team assistants and executive assistants to join the new office. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone currently working in professional services to move to Spain, as English is mandatory; German and Spanish are preferred. The client prefers candidates with a background in financial services, private equity, banking or management consulting, with fit being the most important element.
Responsibilities
- Diary and email management.
- Management of calls, actioning as appropriate.
- Arranging internal and external meetings and welcoming guests.
- Administrative support with the onboarding process and induction of new joiners.
- Expense management and invoicing.
- Organizing complex international travel itineraries.
- Covering EA absences during holidays.
- All other ad hoc project and administrative tasks (e.g., post, printing and binding, archiving) as required.

Candidate
An ideal candidate has a background from professional services, ideally from private equity, finance, law firms, etc.Team player with a can-do attitude.Professional English; Spanish is preferred but mandatory for the right candidate.Secretarial, organisational and problem-solving skills.Professional communication skills; approaches tasks with urgency and ability to meet deadlines.Willingness to take on ad-hoc projects when required.Right to work in Spain.Benefits
