Position Summary

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills, infinite curiosity, and a passion for innovation in neurotechnology. In this role, you will support the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives, assist in content creation, coordinate events, and contribute to digital campaign execution across multiple channels. We are seeking someone who is creative, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll play an important part in amplifying our message and helping us shape the future of brain health.

What will you do

• Support the marketing department in day-to-day activities.
• Manage content across social media channels. (LinkedIn, BlueSky, X, Threads, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit,Medium, and Quora).
• Create marketing visuals (banners, social posts, videos, brochures).
• Assist with events and conferences.
• Update reports on marketing performance.
• Organize and manage marketing collateral.
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials.
• Ensure compliance with established information security and privacy policies, acting according to company procedures

What do you need

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.

A creative yet analytical mindset, with the ability to generate ideas and evaluate their performance through data.

Demonstrated experience managing social media channels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator).

Basic video editing skills.

Knowledge of Wix and UX principles is a plus.
