Position Summary
Bell Helmets Europe is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to lead marketing efforts for its motorcycle and cycling categories across the European region. Based at our Barcelona HQ, this role is responsible for executing brand strategies that align with global direction while driving local market impact.
This is a key position within the marketing team, focused on integrated campaign execution, content production, brand activations, distributor support, and digital growth. We’re looking for someone passionate about two-wheel motorsports—with a particular focus on street motorcycles—while motocross and cycling enthusiasm is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market :
- Execute go-to-market marketing plans for Bell's moto and bike categories in Europe, aligned with global brand strategy and regional sales objectives
- Develop post-campaign performance reviews and actionable reporting to support continuous improvement
- Media Relations & PR :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners and content creators
- Manage regional PR agencies and ensure alignment with earned media strategies across markets
- Content & Asset Production :
- Support the planning and execution of photo and video content production in Europe
- Ensure timely delivery and integration of assets into campaigns and brand channels
- Events & Brand Activation :
- Lead Bell’s activation strategy at endemic events across Europe—from planning to on-site execution
- Build relationships with moto tracks, cycling events, and community stakeholders to increase brand engagement
- Digital, Social & E-commerce :
- Act as the European marketing point of contact for E-commerce, ensuring brand consistency and campaign alignment across digital platforms
- Develop and deliver content from EU activations to support Bell’s global social media channel
- Oversee Bell’s brand presence across endemic digital channels and platforms
- Distributor Marketing :
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with European distributors to align with brand positioning and campaign calendars
- Act as the primary contact for distributor marketing, supplying assets, guidelines, and support for localized execution
- Track and report on distributor marketing performance to ensure consistency, impact, and ROI

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in motorsports, cycling, or outdoor / lifestyle industriesDeep understanding of two-wheel culture and consumer behavior across both moto and bike segmentsExperience in digital marketing and direct-to-consumer strategiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent in English; other European languages are a plusExpertise in social media and content strategy developmentSounds like you?
