About This Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Assistant to join our Digital team . In this role, you will support the growth of our digital products in Europe by ensuring operational excellence, providing second‑level support to internal stakeholders, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve our digital services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the second level of support for operational inquiries escalated from internal teams such as our Care team.
- Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, Product, Operations and other internal teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and enhance the customer journey.
- Monitor and analyze digital operations performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of initiatives that drive digital growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Document and communicate recurring issues or feedback to relevant teams to ensure continuous product and service improvements.
- Assist in launching new digital features and services, ensuring smooth operational readiness.
- Contribute to projects aimed at streamlining workflows, improving response times, and reducing customer friction.
Position Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital operations, fintech, customer support, or business growth roles.Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work across multiple teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation skills (Excel, Amplitude dashboards, Power BI or similar tools).Familiarity with digital financial services, payments, or money transfer industry is a plus.Proactive, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused.Perks & Benefits
