Job Responsibilities :
- Develop, deploy, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to achieve high conversion rates and maximize profitability.
- Manage budget allocations and bid parameters for efficient results.
- Maintain active daily awareness of campaign performance.
- Test new ideas based on insights from campaign management.
- Proactively optimize media buys using KPIs.
- Ensure campaign KPIs and objectives are met both in the short and long term.
- Achieve assigned unit goals at or below the target cost-per-acquisition.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years experience in digital performance marketing, focusing on media buying.At least 3 years of paid advertising experience.Strong experience with Facebook and Google advertising platforms.Experience in lead generation.Proven track record managing high campaign volumes, large budgets, complex targeting, and results-driven strategies.Understanding of marketing funnels, channels, attribution, and performance metrics.Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.Strategic, creative, organized, and able to multitask.Willingness to learn new skills and take calculated risks.Ability to quickly adapt to new ad platforms and tools.Open to a long-term employment relationship (minimum 2 years).No agency owners or sub-hire applicants.We Offer :
