Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the demand generation full media strategy for Xiaomi , across all relevant touch points including above-the-line advertising and digital marketing based on the business focus and market goals.
2.Bring new and innovative approaches to digital marketing and customer engagement strategy through the identification of different online channel, tracking and media opportunities.
3.Work closely with HQ (Xiaomi China) media team and local cross functional teams including but not limited to marketing, PR, Retail, sales teams, as well as reference customers, to provide the best-in-class full-media or digital experience to target consumers.
4.Work closely with other teams besides MKT, such as Sales, Retail and coordinate plans.
5.Understand customer insight and behavior through digital listening.
6.Planning full media budget and able to prioritize investment to meeting business or demand generation objectives.
7.Define and set communication strategy that recognizes changing digital lifestyle of target customers, also have Omni-channel (retail / Operator / E-Commerce etc.) marketing and media planning capabilities.
8.Familiar with all trendy and industry social platforms and marketing insights tools, identify consumer / marketing insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
9.Provide insights to product / creative etc. team through media practices and performances to drive future more value added to media buying activities.
10.Evaluate emerging technologies and media opportunities, Provide creative idea and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
1.Spanish native speaker.
2.Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or advertising is preferred.
3.Experiences in Internet, Advertising and tech or smartphone company is a plus
4.At least 3 years working experiences related to media buy of marketing; Experience in digital marketing in Internet and Consumer category industries, global media or marketing communication agency background is a must, in-house media buying in client-site as a plus.
5.Excellent communication skills cross-team capability is required, English is a must (advanced level, native speaker level).
6.Passionate about Tech industry.
7.Result driven, innovation, accountability; learning agility; team work.
8.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media etc.
9.Demonstrable planning experiences of traditional media include TV / OOH / Print channels.
