What You Will Do

• Support strategic supplier selection processes based on technical compatibility, quality standards, and long-term scalability
• Drive contract negotiations that go beyond pricing – securing flexibility, traceability, delivery performance, and risk mitigation
• Build strong supplier relationships that support our shift from prototyping to serial production, anticipating risks before they surface
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and industrialization teams to translate technical needs into sourcing decisions
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring alignment with internal policies and project deadlines
• Continuously monitor and optimize inventory levels, supplier lead times, and cost structures across production cycles
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify innovative suppliers, alternative materials, and regional sourcing opportunities
• Implement and track supplier KPIs to ensure quality, delivery, and commercial targets are consistently met
• Support make-or-buy decisions and contribute to the development of procurement strategies that enable manufacturing excellence
