Overview

Job Title : Senior Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Purchaser to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with corporate / project procedures.

Manage assigned purchases and purchase orders commercially.

Evaluate and select suppliers and bidders.

Launch Requests for quotation and expedite timely receipt of bids.

Negotiate and clarify sound bids.

Issue Commercial Tabulation and recommendations.

Prepare award proposals.

Issue and follow-up Purchase Orders, including changes and final close out.

Participate in kick-off meetings and solve commercial issues during PO execution.

About the Role

This is a critical role within our Procurement Department, responsible for managing the purchasing process from initial requests to final delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.

Requirements

3 years experience in industrial / engineering equipment and component procurement.

Fluent English.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
