Business Development Manager (senior)

Develop and grow the Industrial Solutions business line by structuring creative and scalable solutions for large end-customers. Combine regulatory frameworks, market insights, and energy transition trends to identify new opportunities, business models, and clients — fostering both internal and external partnerships.

This role will directly contribute to the expansion of Exus Industrial Solutions (renewables, data centers, and more) across multiple geographies.

Research and develop business models and solutions for large-scale energy projects (Data Centers and Electrointensive Consumers).

Support Industrial Solutions in identifying and structuring partnerships : co-investors, technologists, advisors, engineering firms, developers, and energy traders .

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Investment, Energy Management, Development, Legal, etc.) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress across different geographies.

Conduct continuous market research on trends, regulations, technologies, contractual structures, funds, and competitors in the renewable and industrial solutions space.

Assit in origination activities identifying industrial players with decarbonization needs through electrification, PPAs, and behind-the-meter solutions.

Communicate proposals effectively to end-customers and partners through high-quality presentations.

Organize and structure project information to ensure smooth execution and reporting.

University degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Construction, Project Management, or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Energy, or similar).

Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering, consulting, BESS, PV Behind the Meter, or business development — ideally within the energy or infrastructure sectors (renewables, data centers, or industrial projects).

Proven ability to collaborate with and align multidisciplinary teams (M&A, Legal, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Strategy & Markets) to keep projects on time and within budget.

Solid understanding of the energy sector , including regulations, grid structures, renewable technologies, and energy balances — with the ability to translate technical context into actionable business recommendations.

Knowledge of energy business models , including PPAs, industrial electrification, and renewable project development. .

Fluent English (C1 level).

Spanish at a professional level is essential.
