Digital Product Manager

Overview

As a key member of the squad, you will possess a broad knowledge of ING products, services, channels and Regulatory Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements, participate in testing, and support before Go-live.
• Control the process of Regulatory and Global reporting, solve incidents in case of errors, provide information, and help support teams or providers.
• Identify products or services that best meet customer needs, propose quantities and product configurations using personal expertise.
• Represent the voice of the internal customer to improve processes.
• Improve service with an end-to-end mindset, day-to-day performance, build reliable business operations and services, and connect with internal or external parties.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.
• The team's responsibility is to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and global initiatives, delivering high-quality developments based on Agile Methodology.
• This role requires providing a broad knowledge of ING products, services, channels and Regulatory Reporting as a key member of the squad.
• This role also includes defining functional requirements, participating in testing, and supporting before Go-live.
