Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our newly formed Digital Products, Platforms & Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our Consent, Identity, and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, driving the development of digital products that improve pet owner experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience : 2+ years in a leadership role with strong software development experience.
  • Technical Expertise : Expertise in SSO, consent management, and authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Programming Languages : Proficiency in Java and familiarity with other programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and database technologies.
  • Soft Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
