Job Summary :

Mars Petcare seeks a technical leader for our newly formed Digital Products team. This role focuses on enhancing our Consent, Identity, and Single Sign-On capabilities, driving the development of digital products that improve pet owner experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of software engineers to design and deliver high-quality SSO products.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Architect scalable software systems and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Communicate technical strategies and findings to senior leadership.
