We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operator Key Account Manager to manage our key operator accounts. Sales Management:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Manage the monthly commercial offer ensuring profitability and competitiveness. Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. sales, marketing, product, GTM, logistics, after sales, ...) to provide a seamless customer experience. Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services according to customer needs and objectives. Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management. Develop our brand, to built trust and engagement within the Operator.
Channel Management :
Manage and develop the company’s sales through various distribution channels, such as retail stores, operator call center, online marketplaces, and dealers. Manage Sell-in and Sell-out actions in the offline and online channels. Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales through various channels. Finance and logistic management :
Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop and manage the sales department’s budget, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and financial reports to guide strategic decision-making. Cost Management : Monitor and control sales-related expenses to ensure cost-efficiency. Evaluate and recommend investments in sales initiatives, and resources to enhance sales capabilities and market competitiveness. Oversee the logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services. Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
Work with Global teams and ensure the implementation of the established guidelines. Create performance reports. Identify customer needs, adapting global strategies to local strategies.
Support to the Product department : Testing / Homologation ~ Support on testing process : coordinate vivo testing team with customer team, giving support and solving issues.
Major in Marketing and Sales Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in MasOrange with an already established and solid relationship network. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive business decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Bachelor or Above Excellent writing skills Knowledge of the Spanish market Fluent level of English Excel & Power Point knowledge
