Deliver flawless stays in luxury villas. Be the point of contact from booking to checkout and make issues disappear. Help grow Grahana’s brand awareness and unique value.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of luxury villas and guest services.
• Guest communications (pre-stay, in-stay, post-stay) across all channels.
• Coordinate check-ins / outs, transfers, and special requests.
• Inspections, service quality control, and pre-arrival QC. Uphold  Grahana  standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and suppliers; track tasks in the PMS.
• Set up amenities to brand standard; replenishment and inventory control.
• Log incidents, resolve tier-1 issues, and escalate effectively.
• Administrative and operational tasks (documentation, service sheets, bookings).
• Keep property guides, operational info, and SOPs up to date.
• Capture preferences; trigger upsells (private chef, wellness, local experiences)
• Close the loop post-stay : review requests and feedback actions.
• Represent the  Grahana brand  in every interaction (voice, aesthetics).
• Support local campaigns (vendor collabs, experiences, boutique micro-events in-villa).
• Feed Marketing with guest insights (FAQs, content ideas, upsell angles).
