Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Villa Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our luxury villas.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every guest has a flawless stay with us. This includes providing exceptional service, managing day-to-day operations, and coordinating check-ins / outs, transfers, and special requests.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality control, upholding our brand's image, and working closely with other teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Manage day-to-day operations of luxury villas, including guest communications, reservations, and task management.
- Coordinate check-ins / outs, transfers, and special requests to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of service quality control, including inspections and pre-arrival QC.
- Uphold the brand's image by representing it in every interaction with guests.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service.Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
