Overview
Join to apply for the Senior Compensation Manager role at RWS Group . We’re looking for a strategic and experienced senior professional to lead the development and management of our global compensation framework across 40+ countries. This role reports to the VP Global Reward and plays a key part in shaping and implementing a consistent, equitable, and effective approach to compensation as we review our global practices.
This is an opportunity to influence compensation strategy at a global scale, ensuring practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the compensation approach across our global businesses, considering business needs, market data, and internal insights
- Design and roll out the policy and process framework for RWS globally
- Define the RWS compensation governance framework
- Ensure our compensation programs remain competitive across all markets
- Provide training and guidance to Leaders, Managers and HR partners on leveraging the compensation program to achieve attraction and retention objectives
- Partner with local HR and shared services to ensure effective operation of compensation processes
- Own the global job architecture framework, keeping it in step with a evolving organization
- Develop and maintain the compensation module within the HRIS system
- Develop a global metrics and feedback system to ensure aligned decisions and drive improvement
- Develop and deploy compensation communication packs and toolkits for HR partners and line managers
- Support lead team and board-level reporting as needed
Skills & Experience
Partnering with HR and business leaders to design and adapt compensation programs to business strategyBalance corporate and business unit needs to harmonize corporate compensation programsSynthesize data sources and feedback to distill key insights and recommendationsExperience managing compensation in a complex, multi-country, matrixed organizationDeveloping and managing an integrated project plan to implement new processes, systems and to manage compensation cyclesImplementing a compensation module as part of an HRIS implementation projectExperience in client-centered roles is a plusAbility to partner with all levels of the organizationPassionate about Reward, stay updated with trends and find practical compensation solutions10+ years of international compensation management experience; exposure to IT services is a plusLife at RWS
