Job description :

As a Global Product Manager 3D Printing, you will bring your proven product management expertise to help shape the direction of our digital manufacturing solutions in the dental field. You will develop and lead the global product strategy and manage the entire lifecycle of the assigned portfolio, and work across functions to ensure successful product delivery, market adoption, and sustained business growth.

In this highly impact-driven role, you will apply your in-depth market knowledge, technical understanding, and customer-centric mindset to drive innovation and commercial success. You will be playing a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, driving the worldwide market introductions of printing products and solutions. You will work closely with diverse development, marketing and sales teams, growth leads, group brands and partners to ensure successful product integration in interdisciplinary workflows and treatment protocols.

This highly cross-functional and collaborative role requires high energy level, strong ownership, strategic thinking and a great facility to build bridges between different functions, teams, brands in a global and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the global product strategy and roadmap for the 3D printing portfolio, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows, market demands, and company objectives.
• Take full ownership of product lifecycle management — from identifying user needs, shaping the product vision to launch execution and post-market optimization.
• Translate customer insights and technical trends into product concepts and feature requirements that create meaningful differentiation in the market.
• Manage launch readiness and geographic portfolio extension in close collaboration with development, marketing and sales teams, growth leads and regulatory affairs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical partners, and relevant customers to guide product direction and validate market relevance.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies;

leverage this intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
