We are looking for a senior professional with strong experience in data consulting and digital transformation to lead the Data & AI Strategic Unit within Accenture Song. This role will be key in developing C-Level (CDO / CMO / CXO) relationships and integrating data-driven solutions into product, marketing, ecommerce, and customer service strategies.

Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the Data & AI Strategy Practice growth plan.

Drive data and analytics programmes in collaboration with product, marketing, media, and customer service teams.

Oversee the sales and delivery of data projects, as well as transformation initiatives in partnership with other Accenture Song teams.

Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance team culture.

Design and implement data architectures and activate use case programmes.

Lead consulting projects with high margins and delivery rates, from business case to execution.

Collaborate with other Accenture units to integrate data solutions into broader value propositions.

Represent Accenture Song in strategic forums with clients, especially in the banking and products sectors.

Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of experience in data / digital consulting in fast-paced environments.

Proven track record in leading Data & AI programmes across product, marketing, media, channels, and customer service.

Strong background in advisory, consulting, technology, and data frameworks.

Experience in data architecture, use case activation, and value-based programme management.

Cross-industry experience, with a strong preference for banking and products.

Ability to sell and deliver both entry-level and transformational projects.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organisational levels.
