As Product Manager – Data (Marketplace), you’ll lead the data product strategy and roadmap for our Marketplace domain. Your work will ensure that the right data is available, reliable, and actionable to drive partner and consumer growth on our Marketplace across all markets.

You’ll collaborate with analysts, analytics engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to define key metrics, design scalable data solutions, and help make our teams more data-driven every day. This is a high-impact role focused on creating clarity, enabling decisions, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will be responsible for :

• Own and define the Marketplace data product roadmap, aligning with business goals and analytics needs.
• Work closely with product and business teams to translate strategic problems into data requirements, from metrics to dashboards and models, and ultimately relevant insights.
• Deliver data solutions that drive growth across conversion, engagement, supply, and retention.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Analytics to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Define and maintain core Marketplace metrics, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
• Promote data self-service by enabling teams to independently access and understand key insights.
• Support experimentation and tracking frameworks to enable fast learning and decision-making.
• Act as the bridge between Marketplace stakeholders and the Data team, ensuring the right priorities are efficiently addressed.
