Overview Job Title : Operations Expert T24

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Expert T24 to join our team. As a key member of our IT Core Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of jobs and interfaces. Your primary focus will be on monitoring, starting, and stopping jobs, queues, processes, and performing deployments. You will also be responsible for maintaining production and test environments, deploying artefacts in these environments, and monitoring and troubleshooting scheduled jobs. In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to write technical support documentation. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with international teams.

Responsibilities Monitor, start, stop jobs, queues, and processes.

Perform deployments and maintain production and test environments.

Deploy artefacts in production and test environments.

Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs.

Maintain technical support documentation.

Collaborate with international teams with strong communication skills.

Qualifications At least 5 years of experience with T24

Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting

Knowledge of Transact (T24), Automic (UC4)

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to write technical support documentation

Good English level (C1)
